Kathryn and myself can’t say enough to express our appreciation towards Shelley. From the first hug to the final she has your back. In this day of a self service and do it yourself it’s a breath of fresh air to find such a person who treats every client’s mortgage as if it were her own and gets you the best mortgage for your particular needs. Oh by the way did I happen to mention that she actually listens to you? I mean really listens to you. She listens to your needs, future plans, helps you define what you want and then delivers on that promise every time. If things happen to change you will find that she will work tirelessly to make sure that she has the best fit for your new situation. All I can say is that My wife and I would highly recommend Shelley as a mortgage broker and I am very proud to sign my name to it.

Shelley Zielinski has been my Mortgage Broker since 2009 and has always done an outstanding job for me. So when my wife and I decided to purchase another home in 2015 she was of course the only option. It was tough work with the new regulations and stipulations the lenders and CMHC have however, Shelley was behind us the entire way.  The much needed positive motivation and excellent feed back she provided was second to none. Needless to say we took possession of our new house in early 2016 and have never been happier, just married and ready to start our new life in our new house.
