When we decided to purchase a home, we were introduced to Shelley Zielinski, Mortgage Expert. Over the past seventeen years, whether renewing our mortgage or refinancing for renovations, Shelley has been there for us explaining the process, giving us several options to consider but most of all keeping our interests as the number one priority. Shelley came highly recommended to us. Both of us retired now, considered the purchase of a cabin a major investment and we were both a little skeptical because the last time we had to apply for a mortgage was 1994. Shelley is an expert in her field. She not only worked on getting the best deal for us from the lenders, she went beyond the norm and walked us through the process step by step (sometimes twice ha-ha) – making sure all information was correct and that we understood it. Shelley explained all the requirements and took each step one at a time, so we were not overwhelmed.
