Shelley has been our mortgage broker for the past 10 years and has arranged 4 mortgages for us over this time.  Every time she has given us the best service we could ask for as well as the best rate available. I actually don’t think we would be where we are now without her as she arranged a mortgage for us on our first house when we didn’t think it was even possible! My experience with Shelley as a mortgage broker was phenomenal.  I was very impressed with her expertise and the speed with which the process of obtaining a new mortgage was expedited.   Every concern or question that I had was very promptly addressed, at times instantly.  Due to unavoidable circumstances my request for a mortgage renewal was very last minute, but Shelley instantly stepped in, finding a lender which was most appropriate for me.  I would most definitely recommend Shelley for your mortgage needs.
