Shelley has been our mortgage broker for the past 10 years and has arranged 4 mortgages for us over this time.  Every time she has given us the best service we could ask for as well as the best rate available. I actually don’t think we would be where we are now without her as she arranged a mortgage for us on our first house when we didn’t think it was even possible! Shelly was so exceptional at her job I had to take the time to write a review! I am a first time homebuyer so it was scary not knowing ANYTHING about mortgages or interest rates! Shelly put my mind right to ease. She took the time to explain every detail of every contract to me. She answered all of my questions and trust me there were LOTS of questions!

Shelly knows her stuff when it comes to interest rates and mortgages. In the end she got me an AMAZING mortgage at an incredible rate!

She worked vigorously on every contract in a very competitive market. She made the experience so much easier. She was able to make my offers very clear and the best they could possibly be. She was caring, thoughtful, and honest.

I lost several bids on homes due to people out bidding me because of my limited budget, but Shelly never lost hope that I would find my dream home within my budget.

Shelley came highly recommended to us. Both of us retired now, considered the purchase of a cabin a major investment and we were both a little skeptical because the last time we had to apply for a mortgage was 1994. Shelley is an expert in her field. She not only worked on getting the best deal for us from the lenders, she went beyond the norm and walked us through the process step by step (sometimes twice ha-ha) – making sure all information was correct and that we understood it.
