I’ve known Shelly and done mortgage business with her for I don’t know how long. My brother put me onto her about 15 mortgages ago between personal and rental properties. Sure glad he did because her advice and access to really good bank rates has saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I recommend you speak with her at mortgage time. My experience with Shelley as a mortgage broker was phenomenal. I was very impressed with her expertise and the speed with which the process of obtaining a new mortgage was expedited. Every concern or question that I had was very promptly addressed, at times instantly.
