Several years ago I was ready to purchase my first house. Having zero experience, I asked friends for advice. One of my closest friends recommended that I give Shelley Zielinski a call for help with my borrowing options. It was the best advice!

Shelley guided me through the process of my first mortgage. I got an excellent rate and was able to improve my credit while building equity in the house. I sold that house a couple of years later and had to relocate to care for aging parents. I stayed with my sister for a couple of years to help my family. Then, circumstances changed and I began to look to purchase my own home again. The first call that I made was to Shelley. I highly recommend her professional services to anyone looking for a mortgage. I am in my new home thanks to her! Shelley went above and beyond to build and maintain our relationship. I trust her and my trust is very well placed.

Shelley is a caring person and exceeded my expectations with her professional abilities. Even my lawyer commented, “Wow, you sure have an excellent mortgage broker. She did a great job for you!” She was able to secure an excellent mortgage rate with a lender that I am very happy with. She also took the time to connect with my realtor and lawyer and walk me through the entire, extensive process of purchasing a home despite the long geographical distance between us. Shelley Zielinski is the first person that anyone looking for a mortgage should contact. I speak her praises to all who will listen. One of my nieces and her husband are about to embark on the first home ownership journey and I have already given them Shelley’s contact information. I am so grateful to my friend for having given me such a great piece of advice.

Shelley Zielinski has been my Mortgage Broker since 2009 and has always done an outstanding job for me. So when my wife and I decided to purchase another home in 2015 she was of course the only option. It was tough work with the new regulations and stipulations the lenders and CMHC have however, Shelley was behind us the entire way.  The much needed positive motivation and excellent feed back she provided was second to none. Needless to say we took possession of our new house in early 2016 and have never been happier, just married and ready to start our new life in our new house.
