When I was first trying to get into the Victoria housing market back in 2005, I was having no luck getting qualified for a mortgage through the banks given my self-employed status. Shelley was the one person I met who had complete confidence that she could help me out and, true to her word, she made it happen. Not only was she instrumental in enabling me to purchase my first home, but she also managed to set up a mortgage with great terms and a very competitive rate. Since that time, Shelley has consistently worked her magic to set me up with renewal mortgages that have offered me peace of mind and saved me a lot of money over the long term.

Shelley has been our mortgage broker for the past 10 years and has arranged 4 mortgages for us over this time.  Every time she has given us the best service we could ask for as well as the best rate available. I actually don’t think we would be where we are now without her as she arranged a mortgage for us on our first house when we didn’t think it was even possible! Kathryn and myself can’t say enough to express our appreciation towards Shelley. From the first hug to the final she has your back. In this day of a self service and do it yourself it’s a breath of fresh air to find such a person who treats every client’s mortgage as if it were her own and gets you the best mortgage for your particular needs. Oh by the way did I happen to mention that she actually listens to you? I mean really listens to you. She listens to your needs, future plans, helps you define what you want and then delivers on that promise every time.
