When purchasing my new place when others said it could not be done in time…. Shelly to the rescue! Shelly was working with me and not for me. She was available anytime and got back to me promptly every time. I only had a days to refinance and get in position to make an offer on a new property. With shelly on my side she made this happen. Shelley Zielinski Re: Review A short while back, my husband and I decided we were going to look into buying our first home. As first-time buyers in this difficult Victoria market, we had no idea what we were going into. Shelley came highly recommended to us. Both of us retired now, considered the purchase of a cabin a major investment and we were both a little skeptical because the last time we had to apply for a mortgage was 1994.
