I was referred to Shelley’s services by my father-in-law, who had been a client of Shelley’s for roughly 20 years. He always spoke very highly of her, so when it came time for my wife and I to start looking into applying for our own mortgage, our decision was made easy. Our house was up for renewal and we got a letter in the mail from our bank saying it would be 5.19%. Most people not knowing the difference would just go with their bank not thinking twice.
Instead we saw Shelley Zielinski (the best a mortgage broker out there) who shopped around for the best rate. She got us half that % and saved us $700 a month on our payments. That’s HUGE!!
