I’ve known Shelly and done mortgage business with her for I don’t know how long. My brother put me onto her about 15 mortgages ago between personal and rental properties. Sure glad he did because her advice and access to really good bank rates has saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I recommend you speak with her at mortgage time. Shelley Zielinski Re: Review A short while back, my husband and I decided we were going to look into buying our first home. As first-time buyers in this difficult Victoria market, we had no idea what we were going into. We spoke with several different banks and mortgage brokers but were unable to secure approval for a mortgage – that is, until my parents recommended Shelley!
