My experience with Shelley as a mortgage broker was phenomenal. I was very impressed with her expertise and the speed with which the process of obtaining a new mortgage was expedited. Every concern or question that I had was very promptly addressed, at times instantly. Due to unavoidable circumstances my request for a mortgage renewal was very last minute, but Shelley instantly stepped in, finding a lender which was most appropriate for me. We recently completed our first home purchase through Shelley and the experience was fantastic! We worked with a bank for a previous house and we ran into roadblock after roadblock, we were given unrealistic expectations and sadly it never came to pass.
