We recently completed our first home purchase through Shelley and the experience was fantastic! We worked with a bank for a previous house and we ran into roadblock after roadblock, we were given unrealistic expectations and sadly it never came to pass. Some 15 years ago being self employed I was having difficulty getting a mortgage through the banks. Shelley arranged a mortgage within 48 hours and at a lower rate than the banks were offering. Shelley has since arranged 3 other mortgages for us and helped several of our friends with their mortgages. Shelley has been very professional and efficient in all our dealings and is now helping our daughter with her first mortgage.
