Shelley Zielinski Re: Review A short while back, my husband and I decided we were going to look into buying our first home. As first-time buyers in this difficult Victoria market, we had no idea what we were going into. We spoke with several different banks and mortgage brokers but were unable to secure approval for a mortgage – that is, until my parents recommended Shelley! As it turns out, my parents have worked with Shelley since they bought their first home 20+ years ago. They have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her work, and my husband and I would soon find out why. Shelley managed to not only secure us a mortgage, but the perfect mortgage. Several years ago I was ready to purchase my first house. Having zero experience, I asked friends for advice. One of my closest friends recommended that I give Shelley Zielinski a call for help with my borrowing options. It was the best advice!

Shelley guided me through the process of my first mortgage. I got an excellent rate and was able to improve my credit while building equity in the house. I sold that house a couple of years later and had to relocate to care for aging parents. I stayed with my sister for a couple of years to help my family. When purchasing my new place when others said it could not be done in time…. Shelly to the rescue! Shelly was working with me and not for me. She was available anytime and got back to me promptly every time. I only had a days to refinance and get in position to make an offer on a new property. With shelly on my side she made this happen. I can not thank shelly enough for her incredibly fast, friendly and efficient service. From start to finish she made my new house purchase happen.
