Shelley Zielinski has been my Mortgage Broker since 2009 and has always done an outstanding job for me. So when my wife and I decided to purchase another home in 2015 she was of course the only option. It was tough work with the new regulations and stipulations the lenders and CMHC have however, Shelley was behind us the entire way.  The much needed positive motivation and excellent feed back she provided was second to none. Needless to say we took possession of our new house in early 2016 and have never been happier, just married and ready to start our new life in our new house.

Shelley came highly recommended to us. Both of us retired now, considered the purchase of a cabin a major investment and we were both a little skeptical because the last time we had to apply for a mortgage was 1994. Shelley is an expert in her field. She not only worked on getting the best deal for us from the lenders, she went beyond the norm and walked us through the process step by step (sometimes twice ha-ha) – making sure all information was correct and that we understood it. Shelley explained all the requirements and took each step one at a time, so we were not overwhelmed. She is highly capable of getting the job done, and we are extremely happy with the way she treated us and took the time to help us. In the end, the process was completed, and free from the regular anxiety one experiences when buying a property.
