Shelley came highly recommended to us. Both of us retired now, considered the purchase of a cabin a major investment and we were both a little skeptical because the last time we had to apply for a mortgage was 1994. Shelley is an expert in her field. She not only worked on getting the best deal for us from the lenders, she went beyond the norm and walked us through the process step by step (sometimes twice ha-ha) – making sure all information was correct and that we understood it. Shelley explained all the requirements and took each step one at a time, so we were not overwhelmed. She is highly capable of getting the job done, and we are extremely happy with the way she treated us and took the time to help us. In the end, the process was completed, and free from the regular anxiety one experiences when buying a property. Shelley has a bubbly personality, and working with her was always a joy; her knowledge and the contacts within the industry make any mortgage application thru her virtually seamless.
