Shelley came highly recommended to us. Shelley Zielinski has been my Mortgage Broker since 2009 and has always done an outstanding job for me. So when my wife and I decided to purchase another home in 2015 she was of course the only option. It was tough work with the new regulations and stipulations the lenders and CMHC have however, Shelley was behind us the entire way.  The much needed positive motivation and excellent feed back she provided was second to none.
