I was referred to Shelley’s services by my father-in-law, who had been a client of Shelley’s for roughly 20 years. He always spoke very highly of her, so when it came time for my wife and I to start looking into applying for our own mortgage, our decision was made easy. Shelley was not only very quick and efficient, but also worked to secure a mortgage that would best suit our specific needs. She worked tirelessly to get us the best interest rate and down-payment options she could find with the numerous lenders she deals with (and they were excellent by the way). In addition, during our application process, Shelley often worked outside her normal business hours to help suit our busy schedules and never made us feel like we were a burden if we had questions about the process along the way. Shelley came highly recommended to us.
