Shelly was so exceptional at her job I had to take the time to write a review! I am a first time homebuyer so it was scary not knowing ANYTHING about mortgages or interest rates! Shelly put my mind right to ease. She took the time to explain every detail of every contract to me. She answered all of my questions and trust me there were LOTS of questions!

Shelly knows her stuff when it comes to interest rates and mortgages. In the end she got me an AMAZING mortgage at an incredible rate!

She worked vigorously on every contract in a very competitive market. She made the experience so much easier. She was able to make my offers very clear and the best they could possibly be. She was caring, thoughtful, and honest.

I lost several bids on homes due to people out bidding me because of my limited budget, but Shelly never lost hope that I would find my dream home within my budget.

She worked amazingly with my relator and I finally found my dream home!! I couldn’t have done this without Shelly!!

Shelley Zielinski Re: Review A short while back, my husband and I decided we were going to look into buying our first home. As first-time buyers in this difficult Victoria market, we had no idea what we were going into. Shelley has been our mortgage broker for the past 10 years and has arranged 4 mortgages for us over this time.  Every time she has given us the best service we could ask for as well as the best rate available. Some 15 years ago being self employed I was having difficulty getting a mortgage through the banks. Shelley arranged a mortgage within 48 hours and at a lower rate than the banks were offering. Shelley has since arranged 3 other mortgages for us and helped several of our friends with their mortgages. Shelley has been very professional and efficient in all our dealings and is now helping our daughter with her first mortgage.
