I was referred to Shelley’s services by my father-in-law, who had been a client of Shelley’s for roughly 20 years. He always spoke very highly of her, so when it came time for my wife and I to start looking into applying for our own mortgage, our decision was made easy. Shelley was not only very quick and efficient, but also worked to secure a mortgage that would best suit our specific needs. She worked tirelessly to get us the best interest rate and down-payment options she could find with the numerous lenders she deals with (and they were excellent by the way). In addition, during our application process, Shelley often worked outside her normal business hours to help suit our busy schedules and never made us feel like we were a burden if we had questions about the process along the way. Shelley came highly recommended to us. Both of us retired now, considered the purchase of a cabin a major investment and we were both a little skeptical because the last time we had to apply for a mortgage was 1994. Shelley is an expert in her field. Kathryn and myself can’t say enough to express our appreciation towards Shelley. From the first hug to the final she has your back. In this day of a self service and do it yourself it’s a breath of fresh air to find such a person who treats every client’s mortgage as if it were her own and gets you the best mortgage for your particular needs. Oh by the way did I happen to mention that she actually listens to you? I mean really listens to you. She listens to your needs, future plans, helps you define what you want and then delivers on that promise every time.
