In 2021, Shelley was in the top 5% of mortgage brokers across Canada with DLC, she was recognized for her high-volume and hard work by receiving her Diamond Award.
Shelley success doesn’t just come from her experience, people are drawn to her positivity, outgoing personality, and genuinely caring about her clients and their needs. Shelley Zielinski has been my Mortgage Broker since 2009 and has always done an outstanding job for me. So when my wife and I decided to purchase another home in 2015 she was of course the only option. It was tough work with the new regulations and stipulations the lenders and CMHC have however, Shelley was behind us the entire way. The much needed positive motivation and excellent feed back she provided was second to none. Needless to say we took possession of our new house in early 2016 and have never been happier, just married and ready to start our new life in our new house.
