Shelley Zielinski Re: Review A short while back, my husband and I decided we were going to look into buying our first home. As first-time buyers in this difficult Victoria market, we had no idea what we were going into. We spoke with several different banks and mortgage brokers but were unable to secure approval for a mortgage – that is, until my parents recommended Shelley! As it turns out, my parents have worked with Shelley since they bought their first home 20+ years ago. They have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her work, and my husband and I would soon find out why. Shelley managed to not only secure us a mortgage, but the perfect mortgage. My experience with Shelley as a mortgage broker was phenomenal.  I was very impressed with her expertise and the speed with which the process of obtaining a new mortgage was expedited.   Every concern or question that I had was very promptly addressed, at times instantly.  Due to unavoidable circumstances my request for a mortgage renewal was very last minute, but Shelley instantly stepped in, finding a lender which was most appropriate for me.  I would most definitely recommend Shelley for your mortgage needs.

Shelly was so exceptional at her job I had to take the time to write a review! I am a first time homebuyer so it was scary not knowing ANYTHING about mortgages or interest rates! Shelly put my mind right to ease. She took the time to explain every detail of every contract to me. She answered all of my questions and trust me there were LOTS of questions!

Shelly knows her stuff when it comes to interest rates and mortgages. In the end she got me an AMAZING mortgage at an incredible rate!

She worked vigorously on every contract in a very competitive market. She made the experience so much easier. She was able to make my offers very clear and the best they could possibly be. She was caring, thoughtful, and honest.

I lost several bids on homes due to people out bidding me because of my limited budget, but Shelly never lost hope that I would find my dream home within my budget.

She worked amazingly with my relator and I finally found my dream home!! I couldn’t have done this without Shelly!!

Some 15 years ago being self employed I was having difficulty getting a mortgage through the banks. Shelley arranged a mortgage within 48 hours and at a lower rate than the banks were offering. Shelley has since arranged 3 other mortgages for us and helped several of our friends with their mortgages. Shelley has been very professional and efficient in all our dealings and is now helping our daughter with her first mortgage.

I’ve known Shelly and done mortgage business with her for I don’t know how long. My brother put me onto her  about 15 mortgages ago between personal and rental properties. Sure glad he did because her advice and access to really good bank rates has saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I recommend you speak with her at mortgage time. You just can’t go wrong with Shelly.
