Shelley Zielinski Re: Review A short while back, my husband and I decided we were going to look into buying our first home. As first-time buyers in this difficult Victoria market, we had no idea what we were going into. We spoke with several different banks and mortgage brokers but were unable to secure approval for a mortgage – that is, until my parents recommended Shelley! Shelley Zielinski has been my Mortgage Broker since 2009 and has always done an outstanding job for me. So when my wife and I decided to purchase another home in 2015 she was of course the only option. It was tough work with the new regulations and stipulations the lenders and CMHC have however, Shelley was behind us the entire way.  The much needed positive motivation and excellent feed back she provided was second to none. Needless to say we took possession of our new house in early 2016 and have never been happier, just married and ready to start our new life in our new house.
