When I was first trying to get into the Victoria housing market back in 2005, I was having no luck getting qualified for a mortgage through the banks given my self-employed status. Not only was she instrumental in enabling me to purchase my first home, but she also managed to set up a mortgage with great terms and a very competitive rate. Kathryn and myself can’t say enough to express our appreciation towards Shelley. From the first hug to the final she has your back. In this day of a self service and do it yourself it’s a breath of fresh air to find such a person who treats every client’s mortgage as if it were her own and gets you the best mortgage for your particular needs. Oh by the way did I happen to mention that she actually listens to you? I mean really listens to you. She listens to your needs, future plans, helps you define what you want and then delivers on that promise every time.
