Shelley Zielinski Re: Review A short while back, my husband and I decided we were going to look into buying our first home. As first-time buyers in this difficult Victoria market, we had no idea what we were going into. We spoke with several different banks and mortgage brokers but were unable to secure approval for a mortgage – that is, until my parents recommended Shelley! As it turns out, my parents have worked with Shelley since they bought their first home 20+ years ago. They have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her work, and my husband and I would soon find out why. Shelley managed to not only secure us a mortgage, but the perfect mortgage. Kathryn and myself can’t say enough to express our appreciation towards Shelley. From the first hug to the final she has your back. In this day of a self service and do it yourself it’s a breath of fresh air to find such a person who treats every client’s mortgage as if it were her own and gets you the best mortgage for your particular needs. Oh by the way did I happen to mention that she actually listens to you? I mean really listens to you. She listens to your needs, future plans, helps you define what you want and then delivers on that promise every time. If things happen to change you will find that she will work tirelessly to make sure that she has the best fit for your new situation. Shelley has been our mortgage broker for the past 10 years and has arranged 4 mortgages for us over this time.  Every time she has given us the best service we could ask for as well as the best rate available. I actually don’t think we would be where we are now without her as she arranged a mortgage for us on our first house when we didn’t think it was even possible! Shelley Zielinski has been my Mortgage Broker since 2009 and has always done an outstanding job for me. So when my wife and I decided to purchase another home in 2015 she was of course the only option. It was tough work with the new regulations and stipulations the lenders and CMHC have however, Shelley was behind us the entire way.  The much needed positive motivation and excellent feed back she provided was second to none. Needless to say we took possession of our new house in early 2016 and have never been happier, just married and ready to start our new life in our new house.
