Our house was up for renewal and we got a letter in the mail from our bank saying it would be 5.19%. Most people not knowing the difference would just go with their bank not thinking twice.

Instead we saw Shelley Zielinski (the best a mortgage broker out there) who shopped around for the best rate. She got us half that % and saved us $700 a month on our payments. That’s HUGE!!

Some 15 years ago being self employed I was having difficulty getting a mortgage through the banks. Shelley arranged a mortgage within 48 hours and at a lower rate than the banks were offering.
